I'm Cassidy Caroline, owner of Cassidy Caroline Salon & Spa. The importance of Natural Hair care was instilled in me from day one and it is something that I will never lose sight of. I not only take pride in making sure that my clients love the way their hair looks, but also in maintaining the health of their Natural Hair. You see, hair that is damaged and neglected will die over time, eventually leading to hair loss and split ends, which minimizes the amount of styles a client can do.
I have seen this way too often throughout my career; many women with damaged and dying hair who sat in my chair for the first time all had the same story, “It’s been such a long time since I had someone take care of my hair before actually styling it!” This did not sit well with me, so it became a priority of mine to change it by implementing services and processes intended to treat and nurture Natural Hair and by educating my clients on how to care for their Natural Hair at home.

At Cassidy Caroline Salon & Spa, we develop a Natural Hair care plan for each of our clients. Our plans include massaging washes to promote new hair growth, conditioning treatments to nourish and restore moisture, hot steam treatments to purify the hair and scalp, regular trims to remove split ends, and the use of high quality and natural products that are designed for Natural Hair. Additionally, we take the time to educate our clients on the importance of adopting healthy hair care habits through one-on-one consultations and with my Natural Hair Care E-books.
Once our clients are well on their way to healthy Natural Hair, we offer a number of services to style and protect their Natural Hair throughout their journey. These services include our very own natural hair protecting silk press process, a variety of protective styles, braiding, glue-less custom units, and sew-in extensions. Additionally, we offer manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services to create a holistic spa-like experience for our clients.
